Northwind was started in early 2011 with the goal of bringing new ideas into the aftermarket world, some cool products, and doing general awesome things for customers. In the last 15 years both myself and my team have done just that. I’ve been honored to be a part of some absolutely incredible automotive builds as well as doing some really amazing things in the industry. Everything from helicopters, fixed wing aircraft, UAV’s, steam renewable energy, custom cars, etc. It’s been a wild ride and I couldn’t be more grateful for my customers and clients I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years.
However, life has presented me one of those rare opportunities where the stars align and you pivot. A couple months ago I was invited to join a new team. They’re bringing a mentality of innovation and safety into an industry that some wild stuff, but, also needs some modernization and growth in the tools they use. The new role is a good fit for me and continues to let me make a real difference.
Therefore, it’s time for Northwind to close the doors. It’s been a heck of a 15 years and I sincerely thank everyone for all the good times. I’ll still be around if people need me, but, not in an official capacity.
